Yesteday, I was able to reach 5,000 steps and to be honest it was easy because normally I do more that 10,000 steps a day. So today, I challenged myself to reach 10,000 steps and I did. I know, right now we are not supposed to go out of our house due to some restrictions but we did some errands today and we maximized it as an exercise. It's quite an achievement knowing that I was able to make 10K steps again. I could easily just lay in the house, get lazy and scroll through social media but I did not let it happen. I went out, walk as much as I could and enjoy the outside world. I wasnt able to get snaps of our errands but I ended my day in the mat. I decided to do some yoga before the day ends. I was able to practice my headstand and shoulder stand. Still working on it. It's not as perfect as you see in social media but I'm definitely going there. This challenge of @purepinay is definitely motivating me to get up and keep moving. How about you?
