My Actifit Report Card: August 15 2021

Today, we were all undecided what to make for dinner. We were so full of what we had for breakfast that we skipped lunch but too confused what to have for dinner. But thankfully one of our housemate was keen to cook something. She decided to make Vegetable Tempura. Instead of riding a bus going to the vegetable shop we decided to walk. We were able to get fresh and cheap vegetables. We got onions, carrots, sweet potatoes, eggplant, canbage. We also got some instant tteokbokki. We also walk back going go the house to add more step counts. It was a fun experience and kept our heart pumping. It's a good thing that it wasn't traffic in our area and not as many people walking as well. We were able to enjoy the view of the sky and there was a part in our walk that the birds were starting to find shelter on a tree. Wishing for more walks this week.
